Hydroxyethyl urea is a new, humectant with outstanding advantages. Compared with traditional humectants, hydroxyethyl urea has a more significant moisturizing effect, a smooth coating feel, no sticky, non-greasy, moisturizing comfort in skin care products, and its own non-ionic Extremely wide applicability.
